WillowWood is seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our Alpha Department. This role is responsible for sewing and producing high-quality materials used in the manufacturing of prosthetic liners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and experienced in industrial or home sewing environments.

Key Responsibilities
Sew prosthetic liner materials using straight stitch and over-lock machines
Follow daily production assignments and written work instructions
Identify and select correct fabrics, thread types, colors, sizes, and thicknesses
Inspect finished products for quality and perform minor repairs as needed
Enter accurate production and tracking data into the sewing database
Perform basic daily maintenance on sewing equipment
Properly store work-in-process materials and assist with stamping duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of sewing experience (industrial or home sewing experience accepted)
Ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on sewing machines
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects
Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
