Brasvel Consult is seeking a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to management. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating daily operations, managing schedules, and handling official correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence
- Prepare reports, memos, and documentation as required
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
- Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and electronic)
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when necessary
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff professionally
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- OND/HND/B.Sc.holder
- Minimum of 1–3 years relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
WORK DETAILS
Location: Lagos
Working Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Salary: 80,000-100,000 naira
