What You’ll Do:
Lead the overall performance of an assigned community/property to meet and exceed company business objectives
Manage and execute the company’s defined sales and leasing process
Review and approve lease applications and verifications
Learn, implement, and uphold company policies and procedures
Inspect rent-ready units and assign appropriate move-out charges
Partner with maintenance to address property issues and risk management concerns
Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents, guests, and coworkers
Exercise sound judgment in daily decision-making, using customer service as a guiding principle
Recommend and implement pricing strategies and additional marketing initiatives
Analyze market conditions and competitor activity
Execute lease renewal processes in accordance with company standards
Ensure strong curb appeal and that the leasing office is open as advertised
Conduct regular physical inspections of the community
Maintain strong resident relationships and ensure compliance with lease terms and community policies
Assist with budget preparation and manage operations to meet or exceed budget goals
Ensure all receivables are processed according to company standards
Maintain accurate resident ledgers and account records
Execute delinquency management and collections in accordance with company policies
Review, verify, and submit invoices accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For:
Previous management experience with responsibility for operational results
Experience in residential property management, sales, marketing, and staff supervision
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of accounting principles and budgeting processes
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
Project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
