ERP Solutions Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced and forward thinking ERP Solutions Manager to lead, optimize, and support enterprise resource planning initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Oracle ERP systems with preferred experience in Infor M3, along with a proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to drive system improvements and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
Lead the administration, development, and enhancement of the company’s Oracle ERP platform, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Support, configure, and optimize key ERP modules across finance, supply chain, operations, and other functional areas.
Serve as project lead for ERP upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate functional needs into technical solutions, and oversee end to end system improvements.
Manage day-to-day ERP support activities, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Develop system documentation, process maps, and user training materials to promote system adoption and best practices.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits, validations, and governance processes.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to support integrations, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership and guidance on ERP best practices, change management, and long-term system strategy.
Oversee and support additional ERP platforms and tools, with preferred experience in Infor M3.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing or supporting ERP systems, including hands-on expertise with Oracle ERP.
Experience with Infor M3 strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of ERP architecture, business processes, data structures, and system integrations.
Demonstrated experience leading system upgrades, implementations, or major enhancement projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field preferred.

Salary: Starting at $120,000 based on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday
