Argo ADS Developer

Job Summary

The Argo ADS Developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications within the Argo Teller Retail Banking platform.

This role requires deep hands-on experience with Argo Data Resource Corp. technologies, strong knowledge of Argo ADS software, and expertise with Argo version 6 development objects.

The developer will support system design, development, debugging, testing, and ensure overall application stability within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance applications using Argo Data Resource Corp. technologies.

Work on Teller Retail Banking solutions within the Argo ADS platform.

Utilize hands-on experience with Argo Traditional Client for the Teller platform.

Work with Argo version 6 development objects including Enablers, WOGS, AOGS, host communications, Electronic Journal (EJ), and Totals.

Participate in system design, application development, debugging, testing, and operational support.

Write, maintain, and troubleshoot code across modern programming languages and database querying tools.

Apply strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Work within Agile methodologies, including CI/CD, resiliency, and security practices.

Apply understanding of technical processes and modern software domains such as cloud, automation, and machine learning when relevant.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of overall professional experience.

Hands-on experience with Argo Data Resource Corp. tools and solutions.

Strong Teller Retail Banking development experience with Argo ADS software.

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years applied experience.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience in Argo Traditional Client for the Teller platform.

Current expertise with Argo version 6 development objects (Enablers, WOGS, AOGS, host communications, EJ, Totals).

Practical experience in system design, development, testing, and operational support.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages.

Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large enterprise environment.

Solid understanding of SDLC processes.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including CI/CD, resiliency, and security best practices.

Demonstrated understanding of software applications and technical processes across modern technical domains.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with C# development.

Experience with Java development.

PowerShell scripting experience.

Knowledge of Alogent Branch Deposit Engine.
