Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide support in a K-12 school setting located in Westerville, OH. This contract position runs from early January through the end of May 2026.
Position Details:
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Initial Assignment: 3 days per week at an elementary school and 2 days per week at a preschool center (January 5 to March 27, 2026)
Follow-Up Assignment: 4 days per week at the preschool center (April 13 to June 1, 2026)
Job Duration: Current School Year (CSY) contract
Qualifications and Experience:
Certified as an SLP with appropriate credentials (SLP School, SLP CCC)
Experience providing speech-language pathology services in school settings, preferably K-12
Ability to work effectively with children across different age groups, including preschool and elementary students
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to students with communication needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress and classroom integration
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines
Support the communication development of students in both preschool and elementary environments
