Job Description
Our client in Dublin, OH is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant for a long-term contract role. This position is fully onsite and requires a strong background in high-volume AP processing, financial reconciliation, and SAP. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice matching, coding, and processing
Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting
Maintain vendor records and manage communication for invoice or payment issues
Utilize SAP to process transactions, run reports, and support accounting workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and operations teams
Assist with audit requests and documentation as neededQualifications:
At least 8 years of accounts payable experience
Strong proficiency in SAP (required)
Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Dublin, OH
