SWOT Hospitality is on the look for a talented and disciplined Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. The ideal candidate is passionate about refined cuisine, quality ingredients, and operational excellence, and thrives in a high-standard, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations and daily service.

Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary and service standards.

Ensure consistent execution of menu items with precision and presentation excellence.

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Assist with menu development, tastings, and seasonal updates.

Manage prep, service flow, and quality control during service.

Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and waste control.

Enforce kitchen policies, procedures, and cost-control measures.

Step into leadership during the Executive Chef’s absence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and high-quality ingredients.

Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Passion for excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Culinary degree or formal training preferred.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
