CNC Operator
Train on 1st Shift then move to 2nd Shift.

Position – CNC Operator
Job Location – Ixonia, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 1:00am) Train on 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – $25-$35 per hour depending on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for machine operations to make produce. This job requires mathematically inclined people to perform tasks using CNC machines.
Responsibilities
Track progress in ERP software
Read engineering documents such as prints, routings, and process instructions
Select and install proper tooling for part
Write program to machine materials to print specifications
Check tolerances and accuracy with supplied gages
Complete inspection paperwork
Forward parts to next operation
Complete daily operator board and queue sawing department for more material as needed
Fill out scrap reports
Maintain all equipment in good operating condition and perform periodic preventative maintenance as outlined
Keep work area neat at all times
Perform all responsibilities safely and in adherence to company policy
Qualifications
Mazatrol programming experience required
Knowledge of CNC set ups
Experience with VMCs
Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing
Attention to detail
Computer knowledge
Ability to use inspection tools
Walk and stand for entire shift
