Compensation:

$30 - $35 hourlyResponsibilities:

Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadership

Provide hands-on training, feedback, and mentorship to crew members

Conduct daily job briefings and enforce safety protocols and best practices

Ensure work quality meets company standards and arboricultural best practices

Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesQualifications:

Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship

3+ years of professional tree care experience, including crew leadership

Desire to grow into advanced leadership or specialist roles

Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with a teamAbout Company
