As a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer, you will oversee the deployment, configuration, support, and technical solutions of our IT infrastructure environment, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement—candidates are encouraged to work in-office three days a week, while enjoying flexible remote work options for the remainder of the week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure IT infrastructure is maintained to align with business objectives.
Implement technical solutions, including specifications and documentation for projects and daily support tasks.
Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and system owners to gather requirements, assess feasibility, analyze costs/benefits, and recommend design solutions.
Provide technical support for users with varying levels of IT expertise.
Conduct routine preventative measures as needed.
Perform analysis, vulnerability reviews, penetration tests, and maintain network security protocols.
Assist with regulatory body attestations to ensure ongoing compliance.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Certification in Amazon or Azure as Cloud Architect, DevOps engineer, or similar.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on virtualization, networking, and security.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Proficient in Windows technologies, including the latest versions.
Experienced with Linux technologies, such as the latest RedHat versions, NIS, IP Tables, Bash Scripting, Perl, and Postfix.
Knowledgeable in Networking, including switching/routing, Firewalls, DHCP, DNS, WAFs, and Load Balancers.
Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Effective oral and written communication abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical clients.
Strong documentation and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated action-oriented approach to delivery and implementation.
COMPENSATION: The pay range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience.
