Target Salary: ~$60,000-65,000

Yellow Door Recruiting is partnering with a food manufacturing company in the Orange, CT area to hire a Quality Control Coordinator / QC Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for a quality professional with hands-on experience in food manufacturing who wants to grow in a stable, safety-focused, SQF-certified environment.

Job Details

Support daily QC operations to ensure product quality, compliance, and food safety standards are met

Conduct inspections, audits, and documentation to support SQF and internal quality programs

Assist with HACCP monitoring, verification, and corrective actions

Review and maintain quality records, logs, and reports

Collaborate with production teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and prevent reoccurrence

Help enforce GMPs, sanitation standards, and food safety best practices across the facility

Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to quality, safety, and compliance

Experience Needed

Bachelor’s degree required

1+ year of Quality Control experience (food manufacturing strongly preferred)

Experience in an SQF-certified facility

Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety standards

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced production environment
