Job Description

To lead and mentor the on-site maintenance team

To oversee daily operations, work orders, and preventive maintenance

To troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances

To support capital projects and maintain property standards

To ensure safety compliance and equipment upkeep

Required Skills

EPA Type II or Universal Certification

Experience leading a maintenance team in the apartment industry

Strong skillsets in:

HVAC repair & troubleshooting

Electrical systems

Plumbing

Appliance repair

Carpentry, painting & renovations

Preventive maintenance planning

Must have own tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience training or onboarding techs

Knowledge of budgeting or vendor coordination
