Are you an experienced tree climber who takes pride in safe, high-quality arborist work? We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our professional field team. Compensation:

$24-$29Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with crew members, leaders, and clients on job progress

Execute advanced tree climbing and pruning techniques with a strong focus on safety and quality

Uphold company safety policies and arboricultural standards

Complete required paperwork and digital job records accurately

Inspect, maintain, and properly use climbing gear, tools, and equipmentQualifications:

ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques

18+ months of professional arboriculture experience with climbing responsibilities
