We are seeking a Data Analyst.

Analytical Skills:

• Review data and the association between data sets to determine to verify and document the business rules used to generate the output.

• Data Analyst will work on multiple projects at the same time.

• Work will involve multiple data sources, business groups, and vendor partners.

• The amount of time spent on each project can vary during any time worked.

Communication Skills:

• Analysts are often called to present their findings or translate the data into an understandable document.

• You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.

• This includes the ability to translate any communication between technical and non-technical teams, at various data levels such as a high-level business view, or individual data points.

• Analyst must also be comfortable with audio/video conferencing, during any given portion of a workday.

• Working session can occur during any part of the day, and meetings are not always scheduled or planned.

• Communicating the planned process if data is incomplete is critical to project success.

Critical Thinking:

• Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to conclusions based on the findings.

• This includes adaptability to a changing environment during a project.

• Data should be presented based on the results of the analysis with no decisions on accuracy or feasibility.

• It is important to keep in mind business or application processes may impact on how the data is used.

Attention to Detail:

• Data analysts must make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to include and report on all the available information.

• Attention to detail is also critical when working on multiple projects at the same time, as projects may share the same data sources or have the same business owners.

Required / Desired Skills

• Experience as a Data Analyst Required - 3 Years

• Experience with data models, star Schemas, data mining, and segmentation techniques Required - 3 Years

• Strong knowledge of and experience with databases and programming Required - 3 Years

• XML, JavaScript Required - 3 Years

• Oracle, SQL Required - 3 Years

• PL/SQL experience writing their own script Required - 3 Years
