What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll use your trade skills across a wide variety of work, no two days are the same:

Maintain and repair buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and major appliances

Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently and independently

Work across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC

Support a housing network that truly impacts the local community

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of building maintenance experience

Knowledge in two or more skilled trades

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and ability to pass a background check
