TWC Global Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to provide, project, program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior executive levels to support Government Sector Enterprise.

Job Title- Project Manager/Leader - Senior

Location- Toronto, ON

Must-Have Skills -

Experience utilizing, managing and understanding various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and scalable minimum viable products.

Experience leading, facilitating and initiating large-scale technology infrastructure procurements.

Knowledge and experience with creating, augmenting and negotiating Licensing agreements and IT Software Statements of Work

Experience in developing Treasury Board or SPP submissions

Nice to Have-

Knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices

Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards

Experience in structured, object oriented and agile methodologies for user requirements
