Lead Network Engineer
We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer to join our European network team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructures to ensure best-in-class performance. You will work with LAN/WAN, WLAN, and network load balancing technologies (F5 and Citrix) in a dynamic, multivendor environment. This position is an addition to our team of nine specialists and offers the opportunity to influence architecture and drive innovation across large-scale global networks.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Network Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, planning, and troubleshooting complex network solutions that support our global operations. Your work will include:
Primarily develop, maintain and support network load balancer services using F5 and Citrix technologies.
Install, configure, and maintain Cisco switches and routers.
Deliver Level 2/3 network support, including monitoring and issue resolution.
Engineer and document network solutions for LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
Recommend improvements for scalability and performance across global IT systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Multiple years of experience in network architecture, design, and maintenance.
Proven experience in large-scale global networks and multivendor environments.
Proven experience supporting and operating load balancer services.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Preferred experience with network load balancers (F5, Citrix).
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
