CNC Programmer And Machine Operator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer and Machine Operator located in Watchung, NJ. The primary responsibilities include programming CNC machines, setting up and operating machinery, and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. The individual will interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and CAD designs, to produce high-quality precision components. Additionally, the role involves inspecting parts, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production meets company and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming, machine setup, and machine operation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files

• Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery

• Proficiency with measurement tools and quality control processes

• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety protocols

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet production deadlines

• Prior experience in manufacturing, machining, or a related field is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus
