The Role
As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to expert for HR administration and compliance while partnering closely with leadership and restaurant managers - perfect for someone who enjoys both structure and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead employee onboarding and new hire orientation
Maintain personnel files, track insurance eligibility and PTO for eligible employees
Work with 3rd party administrators for Workers’ Comp and Unemployment claims
Advise employees and managers regarding company policies and procedures
Conduct annual internal leadership surveys and prepare results
Assist with weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years’ in Human Resources positions or related experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, communication, planning, and time management skills
Commitment to highest of ethical standards and confidentiality
