Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including reactionary, preventative, and facility maintenance within the plant. The role primarily supports Plant 2, which focuses on injection molding plastic processes. Although prior experience in injection molding is not required, the candidate should be comfortable working in such an environment. Responsibilities include repairing machinery like injection mold equipment, Fanuc robots, and conveyor systems. The candidate should be skilled in reading schematics and blueprints, troubleshooting, welding, PLC troubleshooting, and have mechanical proficiency with hydraulics and pneumatics.Responsibilities
Perform reactionary, preventative, and facility maintenance.
Support Plant 2's injection molding plastic processes.
Repair machinery including injection mold equipment, Fanuc robots, and conveyor systems.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
Conduct PLC troubleshooting.
Perform welding and fabrication tasks.
Handle mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics and pneumatics.Essential Skills
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
Mechanical maintenance skills.
Electrical maintenance, particularly with 3-phase systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Experience with injection molding, plastics, and robotics is highly beneficial.
For Tier 2: At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
For Tier 3: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and experience with Fanuc robotics and control systems such as PLC and vision systems.Why Work Here?

The work environment includes openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts, operating Monday through Friday from 11 PM to 7 AM, with every other Saturday required. Expect an average of 8 hours of overtime per week. The facility is climate-controlled, though maintenance roles may experience warmer conditions.Job Type & Location
