Nair Systems is currently looking for Strapi Developer (CMS) for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Optimizely website platform end-to-end, including CMS, CMP, environments, performance, security, and availability.

• Lead delivery of website enhancements and new capabilities, coordinating internal teams and vendors across the full delivery lifecycle.

• Translate business objectives into a clear, prioritised roadmap and backlog, managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs with stakeholders.

• Provide technical leadership across Optimizely architecture, integrations, content modelling, and engineering standards, with the ability to challenge solutions.

• Own release and environment governance, including deployment planning, change control, and risk management.

• Drive digital optimisation, including SEO, analytics, site search, experimentation, and personalisation where appropriate.

• Ensure privacy, consent, accessibility, and compliance requirements are embedded in all website changes.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the Optimizely roadmap, assess new modules such as Opal and CMS 13, and make pragmatic adoption recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS and CMP, with the credibility to lead design decisions and challenge vendors.

• Solid understanding of modern web platforms, including APIs, integrations, security, performance, accessibility, and SDLC.

• Proven experience leading multiple delivery teams and third-party vendors in a complex environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate between business and technical audiences.

• Strong ownership mindset, comfortable working independently, prioritising effectively, and managing ambiguity.

• Experience with analytics, SEO, consent management, experimentation, and performance monitoring.

• Confident working with platform vendors, including TAM engagement, escalation, and commercial awareness.

• Continuous learning mindset, staying current with platform evolution and emerging Optimizely capabilities.
