Compensation:

$28 - $31 hourlyResponsibilities:

Lead and supervise a tree care crew performing pruning, preservation, and removal work

Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadership

Perform and oversee advanced climbing, rigging, and equipment operations

Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first jobsite cultureQualifications:

Demonstrated leadership experience in a field-based environment

ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if needed

Desire to grow into advanced leadership or specialist roles

Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship

3–5+ years of experience in professional tree care or arborist operationsAbout Company
