Job description:
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEP works, reviewing tender documents, coordinating with technical teams and suppliers, and supporting commercial evaluations. The role includes cost control, variation assessment, value engineering, and ensuring commercial compliance throughout tendering and project execution stages
