Main Duties:
Maintain training and uniform records in company systems
Act as the primary contact for employee uniform queries
Manage uniform inventory, orders, and deliveries with store management
Recover uniforms from departing staff
File employee and departmental documentation
Perform additional duties based on business needs
What Skills do you need?
O'level standard of education in subjects like English and Mathematics
Skilled at adjusting to shifting priorities and evolving environments
Proven ability to excel both in teams and on own initiative
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team and maintain high level of confidentiality
Knowledge in Stock Take and Inventory
Microsoft Office Skills
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
