District Administrative Analyst

Requirements
This position provides district-wide administrative, analytical, and financial support, with a primary focus on District operations, accounts payable support, payroll and grant research. The role supports leadership by ensuring governance readiness, financial documentation accuracy, and identification of external funding opportunities. The position will report to the CEO and support District Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical and executive level administrative support to CEO
Prepare and format professional reports and materials
Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
Assist with accounts payable tracking and payroll-related administrative coordination
Research grant opportunities and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Position Type : Non-Exempt - Full time
Hourly Range : $24.00 - $32.00 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: Medical with Vision, Dental, 401K, some paid holidays, sick and vacation time accruals
Qualifications:
3-5 years administrative experience preferred
-Knowledge of public agency or district governance processes
-Working knowledge of accounts payable and financial documentation
-Ability to research and summarize grant funding opportunities
-Strong organizational and analytical skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Quick book, and document management systems
