Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Associate

Location: Carrabelle, FL

Schedule: Monday through Friday 12P - 5PM

Role Overview: As a Grounds Maintenance Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and attractiveness of our apartment community grounds and common areas. From daily trash pick-up to seasonal tasks like watering the grounds, your attention to detail and independent work ethic will contribute to our residents' satisfaction and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily trash pick-up and maintain the cleanliness of trash areas.

Weekly tasks include weed pulling, sweeping halls and curbs, and checking hall lights.

Watering grounds daily during the season to keep them lush and vibrant.

Assist with various maintenance tasks and cleaning of common areas and apartments as needed.

Support the Maintenance Supervisor with additional duties as requested.

Job Requirements:

Personal, reliable transportation is a must for commuting to work.

Previous experience in multifamily or commercial property cleaning is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and climbing.

Additional Details:

All candidates will undergo a background screening and must be eligible to work in the United States.
