Entry-level HVAC Installer **NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED**

Supports technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for homes or businesses. Responsibilities include preparing tools, installing ductwork, wiring, and keeping the worksite clean. Must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to learn, and able to perform physical tasks in various weather.

Key Responsibilities

· Help install HVAC equipment per specifications.

· Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring.

· Prep materials, move equipment, and keep work areas organized.

· Follow safety rules and building codes, including safe tool use and ladder work.

· Assist with paperwork and database entries.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED; HVAC certificate preferred.

· Able to lift, climb, bend, and work in confined spaces or harsh conditions.

· Valid driver’s license with good record.

· Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, dedication to learning.
