Role Description

Patent Agent or Technology Specialist with a background in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or related fields and with 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Candidates should have an advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) and have strong

technical experience in some of; data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, wireless communications, sensors, semiconductors, optics, or equivalent fields. Position available in DC and New York and Boston.

Qualifications

3+ Years in Patent Preparation, including drafting and reviewing patent applications

Experience with Patentability assessments and Patent Searching

A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department.
