Property Maintenance Technician / Plumber

Job Description

Property maintenance work for 4 mobile home parks. The work includes:

Plumbing (Sewer) Snaking and Jetting

Plumbing (Water) Repairing Leaks

Mowing and Triming

Snow Removal

Painting

Road work

General Clean up

Must have strong plumbing experience.

The job will require 20 - 30 hours per week and pay $27 per hour.

There are no benefits provided.
