We are seeking a high-quality person to join our team in the central Ohio area. The ideal candidate will be a part of a Team that is responsible for the following:

* Provide exceptional customer service and always exhibit professional appearance and demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the repair process.

* Diagnose, Troubleshoot, Repair, maintain and install various types of equipment and solutions either remotely or at client locations.

* Provide technical assistance and instruction to personnel regarding equipment operations and maintenance.

* Willingness to continuously update job knowledge by staying up to date with the latest equipment technologies, troubleshooting techniques and industry best practices. Ongoing training provided by the organization.

* Assist with delivery and installation of new software and hardware at client locations.

* Inspect and diagnose used machines to be redeployed through sale and lease.

* Utilize company software to effectively document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

* Assist team in new machine build and set up for delivery.

* Maintain an accurate car stock inventory.

* Performs other duties as prescribed by the Service Lead.

Applicant Qualifications:

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

* Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes.

* Excellent communication skills

* Possess a strong work ethic and collaborator mentality

* Punctual, dependable and trustworthy

* Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude

* Organized with mindfulness

* Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Experience/Skills:

* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

* Mechanical and electronic repair experience

* IT Experience would be ideal, but not a requirement

* Day shift
