Elisabetta’s is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our high-energy, fine-dining team in Delray Beach. What We’re Looking For
Hands-on, dependable leader with open availability
2+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, fine-dining environments
Strong understanding of both Front of House and Back of House operations
Professional, guest-focused, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working 10–12 hour shifts
Wine knowledge and fine-dining background are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $55,000
Quarterly bonus eligibility based on pre-determined performance goals
Health insurance available the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
Employer contributes $335/month toward the base plan of your choice

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily FOH & BOH operations
Lead, organize, and supervise shifts to ensure smooth service
Deliver outstanding hospitality and maximize guest satisfaction
Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and effectively
Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and company standards
Train, coach, and develop team members on service excellence
Maintain and elevate the restaurant’s reputation and guest experience
