Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $19 per hour

Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sun – Thu or Thu - Sun (Must train on 1st Shift)

What You’ll Do:

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

Primary responsibility will be Crystal fabrication and the operation of the following equipment:

CNC machines, MAAS lathe, surface grinders, centerless grinders, and polishers

Selecting and maintaining tools for assigned equipment

Perform preventative maintenance for assigned equipment

Follow technical work instructions, understand engineering blueprints, and verify conformance to specifications within given tolerances

Utilize the Shop Floor Control system for data entry and scanning parts through applicable routing steps

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Perform work in a manner complying with our ISO 9001 quality and EHS management systems.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A high school diploma or GED

1 year of CNC experience (milling and lathe preferred)

Strong, consistent work history

Strong visual acuity for microscope inspection.

Excellent manual dexterity for working with small, delicate components.

The ability to follow procedures and work independently.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, or a willingness to learn.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility to train on 1st shift then transition to 3rd shift after training is completed

Materials Used: Methanol, Acetone, Ammonium Bi-Fluoride solution.
