About the Role
We are looking for a confident, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own our end-to-end investor marketing efforts.
This role is for someone who knows how to build demand, generate qualified leads, and make smart marketing decisions independently - not someone who waits for step-by-step instructions.
If you enjoy blending strategy + execution, care about results, and are comfortable working within financial/compliance guidelines, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage investor-focused marketing campaigns (content, email, digital, partnerships, events)
• Develop clear, credible brand messaging for the Company
• Create and manage lead magnets, nurture sequences, and authority content (guides, case studies, webinars)
• Decide which channels, content, and offers to prioritize (within approved budget and compliance rules)
• Track performance and optimize based on data (leads, cost per lead, conversions)
• Work closely with Investor Relations, leadership, and legal/compliance
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in marketing, generating leads, creating pitch decks, one-pagers, and other investor-facing materials
• Strong background in content marketing and positioning
• Experience in B2B, financial services, or real estate marketing is preferred
• Comfortable working within a compliance or regulated environment
