We’re looking for DevOps Engineer to join our team, reporting to Software Engineering Director. In this role, you’ll contribute to innovation in developer efficiency tools and platforms. We combine industry-standard solutions (Jama, qTest, SonarQube, Develocity, Jenkins, Bitbucket TeamCity, GitLab, Artifactory) with custom-built in-house services that provide competitive advantages our engineering teams can't get elsewhere.

What You’ll Do

Develop and support AWS infrastructure management using Terraform in AWS (EKS).

Own multiple Kubernetes clusters using Helm charts.

Implement automated deployment pipelines using GitOps principles using GitLab CI/CD and Flux CD/Argo CD.

Chip in to automation initiatives and find opportunities to improve or remove manual processes.

Help support our existing on-premise platform with migration to AWS in mind.

Learn and apply AI/GenAI services to improve engineering efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

A curious and positive, approach to non-trivial problems and uncertainty

Good communication and collaboration skills

Understanding and experience of Software Engineering process, automation, continuous Integration and Deployment practices.

Experience of running applications in containers, on virtual machines and in the cloud.

Excellent working proficiency in English

Nice to Have

Experience with using observability tools like Datadog, Splunk or similar

Experience using Flux CD or Argo CD in real world settings or personal projects.

This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
