THE OPPORTUNITY

The Manufacturing Electrical Integration Team is responsible for managing the Vehicle Configuration and Test System (VCATS) and all electrical activities related to current and new vehicles/programmes. The role of the Senior Electrical Leader requires working as part of a multi-skilled team responsible for the daily improvement of electrical RFT/DFV across all VCATS stations and warranty results. This includes applying strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the creation of processes, analysis, reporting, failure mode avoidance, and effective cross-department, cross-plant, and engineering communication. The role also requires leading a small electrical multi-skilled team.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Lead a small electrical multi-skilled team

Manage improvements of Electrical RFT, DFV, warranty claims and develop action plans

Prepare electrical reports

Ensure prompt responses to electrical problems

Provide technical support and development for rework and production lines.

Lead task force team, workshops…

Apply professional cross department/plant/engineering communication

Develop/design/produce electrical devices

Act as deputy manager when needed

WHAT YOU LL NEED

Relevant experiences in Manufacturing and Quality processes

Knowledge of electrical architecture and car systems

Theoretical & practical knowledge of electronics

Knowledge of VCATS test systems

Knowledge of car diagnostic tools

Strong analytical skills

English Language B1

Strong MS Office skills

Leadership skills

Availability to travel when required to support projects

Electrical engineering education
