Procurement Specialist

Industry: Aerospace Location: On-Site – Encinitas, CA Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: COO HTF Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Specialist to play a critical role in the sourcing and procurement of hard-to-find systems, subsystems, and components that keep critical platforms operating.

The Procurement Specialist position at HTF Aerospace requires persistence, creativity, and accuracy with a keen awareness of the importance of every transaction.

The successful candidate will be leveraging our vast industry network and broad platform experience to exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity.

What You’ll Do: •\tTake ownership of the entire procurement process from order to fulfillment and delivery.

•\tNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in support of established business objectives.

•\tWork closely with vendors and partners to monitor status and ensure timely delivery.

•\tEvaluate, monitor, and report on vendor quality and delivery performance.

•\tDeliver exceptional customer service, proactively seeking and communicating status.

•\tResolve any claim or return issues quickly and independently.

•\tParticipate in the review of products and documentation for accuracy.

•\tTake ownership of deadlines, working independently to prioritize and deliver.

•\tCommunicate proactively, raising and escalating issues when necessary.

•\tUse Microsoft Office Suite effectively and adapt quickly to new ERP systems.
