Now Hiring: Night Shift Operations Leader I’m recruiting for a Night Shift Operations leadership role at a large, highly automated manufacturing facility in Sumter County, South Carolina.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced operations professional who enjoys being hands-on, developing leaders, and driving results during critical off-shift operations.

The role carries plantwide authority at night, with responsibility spanning safety, quality, production, and people leadership.
