Machine Operator

Job Description Adecco is assisting a plastics manufacturing company in the Manchester, NH area with hiring Production Operators.

These are long-term temporary opportunities in a high-volume plastics production environment, offering competitive hourly pay, shift differentials, overtime, and incentive opportunities.

Pay Rates: • 1st Shift: $20.00 per hour• 2nd Shift: $21.00 per hour ($20.00 base + $1.00 differential)• 3rd Shift: $22.00 per hour ($20.00 base + $2.00 differential) Schedules / Shifts: • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM Essential Job Functions: • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in a plastics manufacturing facility• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment used in plastics processing• Monitor injection molding, extrusion, or assembly processes to ensure quality standards are met• Read and interpret work instructions, process documentation, and production data• Perform in-process quality inspections on plastic components and finished products• Complete required computer transactions and production documentation• Meet or exceed established production, scrap, and efficiency standards• Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and 5S initiatives• Demonstrate accountability for individual performance and team production goals• Cross-train and learn multiple departments within the plastics operation after training• Successfully complete training to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as required Job Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required• Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred• Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, extrusion, or automated production strongly preferred• Ability to operate and monitor multiple processes simultaneously• Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Good written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated ability to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this position, please apply with your resume to this job posting and a team member will reach out as soon as possible.Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
