We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client’s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.
Private Partner Services (PPS) provides sales operation support (including account opening) to Private Banking (PB) and Treasures Private Client (TPC) Front Office. The role also provide support to PB and TPC clients in relation to sales and operational process through working closely with PB and TPC Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers and Wealth Management Operation (WMO) teams.
Responsibilities
Operational support – Perform Independent Call back, coordinate with branch for retail service to PB and TPC clients, support project/ initiatives as required.
Sales and Maintenance Support - Perform quality checking of client forms / documents before submission to operation (WMO) for processing.
Reporting - Accurate data tracking and support management reporting as required.
Handle PB and TPC Front Office enquiries relating to sales and operations procedures and matters as required.
Account Opening Support – Liaise with RM/ARM team to handle PB and TPC onboarding documents including document checking, scanning, and physical document archival.
Communicate with stakeholders for account opening, sales and operations and system related issues.
Take part in ad hoc projects to provide input from a control/sales support perspective on building the business and operational process
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervising manager
Requirements
Degree holder preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
relevant work experience in the financial industry.
Client Services/ Account On-boarding related experience is highly preferred
Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of private banking products
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized and ability to multi-task
Able to work independently and part of a team
Meticulous with good analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
