Trillium has an immediate opening for a Quality Inspector in Dublin!

This Temp-to-Hire opportunity seeks candidates with a manufacturing background working with sheet metal. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and testing manufactured products at different stages of the production process. The Quality Inspector's duties will include but are not limited to observing production lines and evaluating production processes to maintain and improve the reliability and quality of the final product. This position will convert to a permanent position depending on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings

Inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet predetermined specifications

Operate close tolerance measuring equipment to ensure the quality of product

Observe, recommend, and implement production improvements

Perform destructive and non-destructive testing on products and parts

Record accurate records of testing data for future computer analysis

Bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift

Other various duties as required

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay rate is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and engineering drawings

Familiar with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools

Competent in using computer software programs, including CAD/CAM, Word Processing and Spreadsheets
