About the Role:

Join our Decking Department as a Utility team member specializing in woodworking and deck fabrication. Ideal for someone with construction or carpentry skills who enjoys hands-on work.

Responsibilities:

Use woodworking tools: skill saw, miter saw, grinder, drill, impact tools

Measure and calculate angles accurately

Assist in deck fabrication and assembly

Maintain safety and quality standards

Requirements:

1+ year of woodworking/carpentry experience

Must be skilled with saws, drills, grinders, and measuring tools

Ability to calculate angles and use framing square

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Nice-to-have: Forklift experience

$18–$19/hour base pay
