District MTSS Coordinator

The Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Coordinator at Boys Ranch ISD is a high-leverage instructional leadership role designed as the architect of the district's Effective District Framework (EDF) Impact Model.

This position serves as the critical bridge between Critical Enabling Systems-specifically Lever 5 (Instructional Leadership and Capacity Building)-and the Student Experience Elements of Lever 3 (Integrated Student Support Systems) and Lever 4 (Academic Experience). Rather than operating as a siloed program manager, the Coordinator ensures that capacity-building efforts for teachers and leaders directly fuel a rigorous and supportive student experience.
