2nd Shift Machine Operator / Assistant – New Paltz, NY

Job Details

Shift: 2nd (Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

Pay: $20–$23 per hour

Type: Temp-to-hire

Flexibility to work on multiple machines and grow your skills is key!We’re looking for a motivated Machine Operator/Assistant to work on high-speed manufacturing equipment during our 2nd shift. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate high-speed production machinery

Monitor equipment performance and ensure consistent product quality

Perform machine changeovers and fine-tune settings for speed, pressure, and material flow

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all timesWhat We’re Looking For

Previous experience with printing or high-speed machines is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate!

Basic computer skills and ability to measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch

Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills

Technical know-how and willingness to learn new equipment

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Familiarity with inks and PMS/GCMU colors is a bonus
