Grade C, local Nitra

Salary: From 2010 eur monthly, 0-15% yearly bonus, other benefits according JLR rule

Contract: Fixed term (18 months)

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role will provide facilities engineering and technical support to design, develop and implement of logistics solutions to enable successful management, storage and delivery of components from incoming parts to the assembly plants. This will involve extensive automation exposure, which will require the management of similar tasks coordinating in the project delivery. The role will include all aspects of Infrastructure delivery, including civils, structural steelwork, mechanical / electrical service installations and general building fitout within the site, using the support of our inhouse and external vendors.

WHAT TO EXPECT • Support logistics automation and facility programmes from design phase through to installation

• Support commissioning and testing in line with Vistag and Autostatus

• Coordinate facility handover process to Maintenance and Operations Teams

• Define and specify non automated facility requirements

• Deliver execution phases of fit out activities

• Deliver technical specifications for RFQ’s

• Support procurement and commercial process

• Facilitate and support problem solving and technical issue management

• Consult with P6 Lead to ensuring facility programmes are delivered on time and capture vendor dependencies

• Support facility stakeholder management workstreams within MP&L and the wider business

• Consult with Site Management Team to ensure project deliverables are successfully handed over to day-to-day management

• Work within facilities budget and ensure best value for money solutions.

• Scope upcoming packages of work, engage with suppliers, perform VFM studies, raise shopping carts and create purchase approval packs.

• Generate facility and associated layouts and ensure timely buyoff with all stakeholders

• Support Project management activities including risk management, cost reporting, change management and lessons learnt activities.

WHAT YOU LL NEED

Relevant previous experience in a Facilities / Maintenance / Manufacturing Engineering role

Experience of working within multi-skilled teams

Experience of analysis of data and cost benefits, the production of metrics and the development of plans with defined objectives.

Ability to present solutions for facilities related issues

Experience in the application of a logical approach to Problem Solving

Adept at prioritising multiple activities simultaneously

Experience and working knowledge of Health & Safety, ergonomics, risk assessments and method statements.

Experience of collaborating with external contractors.

Experience in contractor management and site installations, to deliver benchmark Site Safety performance

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Proven experience in leading and managing teams to deliver against tight timescales and budgets

Experience of working on Mechanical/Electrical systems

Experience of working with Layouts (AutoCAD)

Microsoft package elements Power Point & Excel
