Job Description
Power innovation in aerospace and defense with Teledyne Relays! For over 60 years, we've been a trusted leader in electromechanical and solid-state relays, RF switches, and power controllers. Our products support mission-critical applications worldwide, and at our Southern California facility, you'll join a team that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration.
What you'll do
Inspect and test relays following established procedures
Review documentation for accuracy and configuration
Perform visual inspections and complete inspection reports
Handle small parts and assemble components for testing
Operate test equipment and maintain history logs
Communicate progress or issues to supervisors
Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
Learn new functions and equipment through provided training
What you need
Good eye-hand coordination and ability to work with small parts (required)
Basic computer skills for data entry (required)
Strong communication skills for documentation and teamwork (required)
Ability to read and interpret written procedures and safety rules (required)
Comfortable using hand tools and microscopes (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
Previous experience in inspection or assembly (advantage)

Salary Range:
$39,000.00-$52,000.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
