Job Description Position Summary: 1st Shift M-F 6AM-2:30PMThe Machine Operator is responsible for operating wire drawing equipment to reduce the cross-section of wire by pulling it through one or more drawing dies, ensuring the final product meets customer specifications.

Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate wire drawing equipment, including bull block, 8-strand, and 10-strand machines.Draw round and shaped wire in various alloys to meet product specifications.Operate batch and strand annealing furnaces as required.Follow documented procedures and process routers for different alloy types.Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work area.Support a strong safety culture by following all safety rules, including reporting incidents and near misses.Perform additional duties as assigned or required by supervision.

Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing settingPrevious experience working with various metals is preferredAbility to utilize various measruing devices Basic math, comprehension and computer skills Ability to perform additonal duties as required Machine operator, machinist, urgently hiring, production, manufacturing, measuring device Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
