Job Description Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturing Adecco company in Chesterfield, NH to hire a skilled and motivated CNC Operator.

Pay Rate:$20 – 29 depending on shift and experience Available Shifts:1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday – Thursday Position Summary:The CNC Operator is responsible for producing high-quality machined parts using computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

This role involves operating machinery, performing inspections, and maintaining both quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneouslyLoad raw materials and unload finished partsInspect both personal work and that of team members for accuracyFollow instructions to select appropriate tooling and fixturesUse measuring tools such as snap gauges, calipers, micrometers, and optical comparatorsAdjust tooling and work offsets as neededPerform minor edits to existing CNC programsMaintain accurate dimensions and tolerancesPerform basic preventive maintenance, including topping off lubricantsMaintain a clean and safe work area, including chip removal and equipment upkeepFollow all quality, safety, and operational proceduresWork under supervision and support team effortsPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications:Good knowledge of trigonometry, geometry, and basic mathFamiliarity with G & M codes and CNC programming basicsStrong understanding of machining practicesEffective communication and teamwork skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesMechanically inclined and eager to learnPrevious CNC or machining experience preferred If you are interested in this position, please apply with an updated resume!Pay Details: $20.00 to $29.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
