Description:

We are seeking a kind, experienced Specialized Childcare Provider to care for a male toddler with special healthcare needs in his home. Tasks include supporting daily routines, including G-tube feedings, hygiene, play, rest, and age-appropriate activities. This role requires consistency, compassion, and a positive approach to caregiving as you provide attentive, one-on-one care tailored to the child’s specific needs. The ideal provider will be patient and committed to providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive care. Experience with G-Tube care is a required.

This little boy enjoys toys, toy cars and trucks, the movie Cars, being outside, the sandbox, walks, trips to the library, and reading books.

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Wage: Up to $25 per hour – based on experience

Schedule: Up to 35 hours per week

8:30am to 4:30pm: Mondays/Thursdays/Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and supportive home environment

• Perform G-tube feedings/medication administration with confidence and precision.

• Other cares may include bathing, dressing, diaper changes/toilet training, and performing household duties related to the care you provide, i.e. cleaning up after meals, doing dishes and cleaning up after activities.

• Engage the child in age-appropriate activities/play that support comfort and development

• Communicate clearly and effectively with parents and care team members

Qualifications:

• Age 18 or older at start of employment

• 1st Aide/CPR certification preferred

• MUST HAVE GTUBE experience – C.N.A. license preferred but not required

• FEMALE PROVIDERS PREFERRED BY FAMILY

• MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• Willing to undergo a background check prior to hire
