Role Title: AI Engineer with Python

Location: ONSITE- Westlake Village, CA

Job Description:

• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing AI agents and multi-agent systems.

• Hands-on experience with building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Expertise in leveraging AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI to create scalable and cost-effective AI solutions, with a focus on A2A, ADK, LangChain, LangGraph for advanced agentic workflows.

• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation and the ability to develop complex AI solutions.

• Familiar with databases such as DynamoDB, S3, Postgres, SQL Server and possibly MySQL.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB for managing agent memory and retrieval systems.

Shaping the Future with AI Agents: Architect, develop, and deploy AI agentic systems and multi-agent frameworks that automate complex workflows and enable intelligent decision-making. You will focus on building robust, scalable solutions using cutting-edge AI orchestration tools.

Driving End-to-End Solutions: Own the entire lifecycle of our agentic solutions, from initial design and prototyping to deployment and maintenance. You'll manage multiple project streams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and deliver significant business value.

Leading from the Front: Mentor and guide a team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pioneering Agentic Solutions: Architect and build powerful AI agent applications, leveraging platforms like AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and other cutting-edge cloud technologies to create intelligent workflows, automate tasks, and enable sophisticated, goal-driven systems.

Building Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including infrastructure, business teams, and technology partners, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
